Blue Star Foods Ramps Shipments to Just Food For Dogs

Blue Star Foods Corp., (NASDAQ: BSFC), an integrated Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) sustainable seafood company with a focus on Recirculatory Aquaculture Systems (RAS), has announced it has ramped its shipments to Just Food For Dogs, under the initial 2023 contract for up to approximately U$4 million revenue to Blue Star.
John Keeler, Chairman and CEO of Blue Star Foods, commented, “We are off to a solid start with Just Food For Dogs, in what is a new category for us".
"Our cod fishery is certified by MSC (Marine Stewardship Council) and is managed in a responsible and sustainable manner in accordance with internationally recognized criteria".
"Expected to supply 1,150 tons or 2,500,000 lbs. of wild caught cod (minced frozen of #1 quality human grade).”
