In the increasingly important world of food safety, SQF certification is recognized as one of the best in the world. Safe Quality Food‘s rigorous program is recognized by the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) and links primary production certification to food manufacturing, distribution and management certification.

Seattle Fish Company has announced that it has achieved the SQF Level 3 certification, the highest level of certification offered, setting the standard for food safety and food quality in the seafood industry.
Level 3 certification denotes a comprehensive implementation of food safety and quality management systems development. As part of this annual certification, Seattle Fish Company underwent nine full days of auditing at its facility.
The business is committed to produce safe and quality products, a defining attribute of Seattle Fish Company.
Through regular customer specifications reviews and up-to-date regulatory audits, the company continually improves its food safety and quality systems.
Seattle Fish Company is one of only a handful of companies in Colorado and the only seafood company in Colorado to earn this certification.
