Fresh and frozen seafood supplier Asmak has introduced its award-winning range of sashimi quality salmon, SALMA at the 2018 Seafex Middle East event.

According to the firm, SALMA products bring one of Norway’s most recognized food brands and a champion of innovation in the seafood industry to the Middle East.

The company highlights its pride on ethical farming in a unique environment filled with cold clean water from the fjords of Bømlo surrounding the factory and its reliability on the expertise of people, not machines, to produce fresh sashimi quality salmon whole loins, half loins and the SALMA BRG burgers.

“The demand for premium quality seafood for sushi and sashimi has skyrocketed in the Middle East, and we want to benchmark ourselves as suppliers of top quality products. That’s why, SALMA was our first choice for premium salmon,” commented Mamoon Othman, Asmak Chief Executive Officer.
