Jazan Development Company –Jazadco - (Public, SAU:6090) is a Saudi Arabia-based public shareholding company that operates primarily in the agriculture and aquaculture sectors.
Jazadco’s aquaculture activities include fish farming and cultivation. The company owns the largest shrimp farm located in south area of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Jazadco’s shrimp farming project was completed during 2009 with a total water spread area of 440 hectares. The company expects a production of 3300 tons per year of white shrimp (Penaeus indicus). The company’s factory and farm hold international quality certificates ISO 22000 and HACCP. Jazadco is in the process of obtaining EU (European Union) approval to export to several countries in Europe.

Jazadco has 20 percent contribution in Tabuk Fisheries Co. which is a Saudi joint stock company founded in 2005 with a capital of SAR 200 million with an emphasis on marine fish farming in northwest of Saudi Arabia.. The company currently harvests sea bream for the domestic market and exports to neighbouring countries.
Jazadco has contributed in Selonda United Kingdom with a 50 percent capital, while the other 50 percent beongs to Selonda Greece. The project has got a non-refundable grant from the EU and the Government of Wales. Jazadco also has a 10.5 percent share in Fjord Marin Turkey, which in 2009 had a fish farming production of about 8,000 tons.

Other Projects
Jazadco Housing Project
Jazadco Housing Project is a multi-storeyed residential complex under construction on an area of 94.0000 square meters comprising 400 units, at a cost of 92 million riyals, financed with the company's own resources. Over the past years, the company has invested in lands in areas such as Jizan and Makkah, with a higher current market value.
The Hotel Jazan Inn
At the end of 2009 and in the context of increasing tourism and real estates, the Company has established the four star hotel Jazan Inn in Jizan. The hotel was handed over to a renowned institution specialized in the hospitality industry on a lease contract.
Water Bottling Plants
Since 2009, the Company is operating a pilot production line of a water bottling plant with a capacity of 46 million litre in 0.330, 0.600, and 0.750 litre, which is marketed under the name brand mountain FIFA and NURAN. A second line of production of 12 litres has recently started commercial production with a capacity of 13,000 bottles per hour. This plant holds ISO 22000:2005 and NSF certifications.
