Available on Amazon, these newest in the company’s lineup of popular kelp products comprise regeneratively grown small batch kelp in two grain sizes: A delicately crunchy flake and a fine powder. They are the first non-perishable direct-to-consumer pantry products from Atlantic Sea Farms whose award-winning refrigerated jarred ferments and frozen products have gained a following among preeminent chefs and discerning consumers alike.
These new products are grown and hand-harvested by family farmers in the clean, cold waters of the Gulf of Maine.
Atlantic Sea Farms partners with fishermen to grow regeneratively farmed seaweed as an adaptation strategy and to help mitigate some of the effects of climate change, while providing consumers with one of the most nutrient dense foods on the planet.
