Estremar is one of the largest fishing companies in Argentina. We are leading suppliers of Patagonian Toothfish and our seafood products are served on plates in the most important markets. We continually improve our operations and invest in innovative production processes. We are considered one of the leading fishing companies in Argentina.
Our operations began in Argentina in 1992, more accurately in the city of Ushuaia, located in the province of Tierra del Fuego, Antártida e Islas del Atlántico Sur.
We focused on harvesting and processing onboard several species, especially Patagonian Toothfish, Hoki and Southern Blue Whiting, and throughout the years and due to the fishing industry development that we initiated in 1993, we became the leading dealer and benchmark for Patagonian Toothfish in Argentina.
Today we operate from the world’s most southern port with the 'Centurion del Atlantico', a large freezer vessel equipped with the most advanced technology in processing HGT, Round, Mince and Blocks, all of which meet the upmost quality standards required in the world’s most demanding markets. Our vessel’s operations are located in the Southwest Atlantic Ocean, one of the purest environments of the world.
