Louise Patterson has taken on the role and will be responsible for leading the firm’s HR agenda, including capability, talent and employee relations. She will be looking after the needs of Young’s Seafood’s 3,200 staff.
Prior to Young's Seafood, Patterson was HR Director, UK frozen and European operations at Findus Group and has also held senior leadership roles at PepsiCo.
