Emy Fish AS is a traditional, but highly modern, production company which specialises in herring and mackerel. The company is located in Måløy on the west coast of Norway, close by the fishing fields.
The good location gives the possibility of fast and certain, reception of raw materials. Stabile production of the raw materials and simple and fast export of finished products.
Since the establishment in 1993 of Emy Fish have continuously upgraded and modernised the production process including fillet machines, as well as other production equipment, are top quality and are the most up-to-date equipment available.
On 15 March 2010 Norway Pelagic ASA entered into agreements regarding acquisition of the pelagic businesses of (i) Emy Fish AS and Emy Eiendom AS ("Emy") and (ii) Brødr Myhre AS ("Myhre"), respectively.
