Shareholders concern about Pescanova’s Ecuadorian subsidiary sale

One of the main shareholders of Pescanova’s has denounced the sale of the subsidiary in Ecuador, Promarisco, without having made previous consultations or having received the approval of the Board of Directors.
From the brewery Damm, which holds 6.18 per cent of the capital belonging to the Spanish company, it was ensured they were unaware of the transaction, which involved the sale of two of its nine aquatic plants for USD 18 million.
