Norwegian snow crab is environmentally MSC-certified

The Norwegian catch for snow crab is now certified according to the Marine Stewardship Council's (MSC) globally recognized standard for sustainable fishing.
In a press release from MSC on Monday, it is informed that Norwegian-caught snow crab can now be labeled with the MSC label. Fiskebåt took this up already in 2022, and asked for aletter to the Norwegian Seafood Council, the Fishermen's Association and the sales teams, that work on certification should be started.
The crab catch has now been certified by the accredited and independent certification company (More Info)
