Nippon Suisan Co., Ltd. (President and CEO: Shingo Hamada, Minato-ku, Tokyo, hereinafter referred to as "Nissui") will release "Sakaiminato Salmon Sausage" in quantity from October 1 as the second product to commemorate the 70th anniversary of Nissui Fish Sausage. It will be released in limited quantities. In addition, an open campaign will be held on Twitter according to the release.
Nissui's fish sausage, which celebrated its 70th anniversary this year, is carrying out various promotions such as the release of commemorative products, gift campaigns, and the release of commemorative movies.

As part of this, a voting campaign was held on Twitter this spring, “Your vote determines the new product! Fish sausage 70th anniversary campaign”. The fish sausage using salmon received 16,504 votes, and the fish sausage using yellowtail was decided to be commercialized, and this time it was released in limited quantities.
“Sakaiminato Salmon” is a carefully selected coho salmon that is raised in the rough seas of the Sea of Japan and has a moderate amount of fat, and is farmed by Yumigahama Suisan Co., Ltd. (Sakaiminato City, Tottori Prefecture), a Nissui Group company.
The sausage is a fish sausage that uses 36% “Sakaiminato Salmon” and spreads the flavor and taste of “Sakaiminato Salmon”.
