Prices
The average CIF price of Korean imports of Alaska pollock (Gadus chalcogrammes) surimi in July was USD 3.51/kg, up 14% from July 2018. The average price of the other surimis, of Asian origin, was USD 2.00/kg, 4% less than in July of the previous year.
