Curio is leading the way with new and innovative processing solutions for whitefish. Our equipment is now installed in many of the leading processors of whitefish. Our machinery performs excellent on both fresh and thawed fish and with a wide range of species and sizes we are able to fulfill the needs of our customers.

We are able to process cod ( atlantic and pacific ), haddock, hake, catfish, ling, saithe and similar fish.

We are able to process fish from 700g up to 20kg ( head on gutted weight ) over four sizes of our Curio C2011 filleting machines.
