The new Curio C2011 filleting machine is clearly dominating the UK whitefish processing industry with most of the major processors of whitefish now using the machine with fantastic results.

Many claim its the best filleting machine they ever had, others are amazed by the high processing yield, the fillet quality and overall reduction in miss cut fish.

The flexibility of the machine allows a wide range of sizes and species to be processed on the same machine. With four machine models of the C2011 we are able to process fish between 700g and 14 kg.

Today we are processing cod, haddock, saithe, ling, catfish and hake.

The machine is very gentle with the fish allowing softer fish to be processed and it is equally as good with defrosted fish as it is with fresh.

With over 100 machines now running in the market in Iceland, Norway, UK and the United States the machine has proved it is a worthwhile addition to any processing facility.
