Product Information:

  • Inland Seafarm Marine Microalgae is an aquaculture food source that can be used to feed a wide variety of animals. It is lab grown in a highly controlled environment so that sources of contamination are eliminated. Each bottle contains a single microalgae (98% +) culture that has been highly concentrated to a "peanut-butter textured" paste which can be easily  reconstituted by stirring it back into water. A variety of diets can be produced by mixing the various cultures together, allowing you to find the optimal diet for your animals.

    Inland Seafarm™ microalgae always shipped fresh with no preservatives added.  It must be kept refrigerated upon receipt and should last 3-6 weeks.

    • Paste or Slurry:

    Inland Seafarm microalgae can be purchased as either a paste or a slurry.  Microalgae slurry is simply microalgae paste that is mixed with water and blended back into solution.  Most people prefer the slurry form since it is easier to work with, although the bottle is somewhat larger.  Either way you will be receiving the same kilo of microalgae.

    Retail Prices:

    All cultures sell for $105 / kilo.  We also have smaller quantities available and volume discounts starting at 10 kilos. Please call for prices.

    Shipping:

  • Inland Seafarm Marine Microalgae is pre-chilled, then shipped to you in an insulated box to ensure maximum freshness. It can be shipped any way you prefer, but we suggest next-day-delivery. Shipping costs are added to the price but packaging and handling are free of charge. Shipping days are Monday through Wednesday to prevent the product from sitting undelivered over the weekend.
