Since its establishment in December 1993, its business has been developed with multiplying speed year by year. At present it has formed a joint development style, which is having unified production, supply and sale, and emphasized aquatic products' import & export, trade, fishery and manufacturing, combining domestic trade with foreign trade. Its annual sale value has reached more than several hundred million yuan, and has established a steady sale network in both domestic and overseas markets.

The company mainly imports squid, belt fish, pollack, etc, and exports processed products such as cherimen, squid tube, peeled shrimp, octopus fillet, tilapia, etc, to the USA, Japan, Korea, etc. Some ten thousand tons of aquatic products are imported and exported every year. It also rents a cold storage facility with capacity of 5'000 tons at least.

The company also deals in fishmeal, Thailand starch and additives. It has established closed cooperation and relationships with suppliers from the USA, Canada, Poland, Korea, etc. Its annual export volume has reached more than 10'000 tons.

The company also has a factory with advanced equiment and sound management. It processes single frozen or fillet frozen Seabow brand series aquatic products, such as squid tube, peeled shrimp, octopus fillet, cherimen, puffer, etc, which have won acclaim of both domestic and overseas clients for their superior quality.
