TOKYO — Fresh salmon consumption across Japanese households has demonstrated a resilient recovery, rebounding from the sharp declines observed last year. For the cumulative January–April period, fresh salmon consumption volume reached 646 grams, representing 109% of the 595 grams recorded during the prior year's corresponding period.
