Our partner is located in Wexford, South East Ireland, situated only 4
kilometres from the fishing grounds and can therefore process the
whelks in their freshest state to give a top quality product. They
only process by hand, as we guarantee no shell and also to ensure that the whelk is not too stressed during the meat extraction process. If the whelk is too stressed, the freshness and flavour of the meat can deteriorate.

We could also offer Whole Shell On Frozen Raw Whelk's (by sea
container) or Whole Fresh Whelks (by air in small quantities) if this
would be of interest.
