Recognizing Leaders in Seafood Sustainability

  (UNITED STATES, 9/30/2014)

First presented in 2006, the Seafood Champion Awards annually recognize individuals and companies for outstanding leadership in promoting environmentally responsible seafood.

Seafood Champions range from companies that have made sustainability a business choice to inspired individuals who single handedly moved their organizations to sustainability; from powerful corporations to small scale fishers, and from high profile public figures to government officials and chefs.

The Seafood Champion Awards continue to evolve to ensure that individuals or organizations who receive the Award represent the full diversity of large and small industry, academia, media, and non-profit stakeholders in the sustainable seafood movement.
