2010 - Rieber & Søn ASA has signed an agreement with Procuritas Capital Investors IV LP A, a fund advised by Procuritas regarding sales of King Oscar. Rieber & Søn remains a 10% owner of King Oscar AS. The Rieber & Søn sales organizations in Norway, Poland, the Czech Republic, and Slovakia will continue as distributors of King Oscar product in these markets.
